2.76.010   Authority of mayor.

The mayor is authorized to enter into an agreement regulating the administration and use of the King County drug enforcement fund as set forth in King County Ordinance No. 7796.

2.76.020   Severability.

Should any provision of this agreement, or King County Ordinance No. 7796, or provisions of the state statute establishing such fund be declared invalid or unconstitutional for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and effect.
