13.12.020   Time for payment—Shutoff.

The monthly surcharge provided for in Section 13.12.010 shall be added to and appear on the monthly water billing sent to each user of city water and shall be due and payable at the same time and in the same manner as is provided for payment of the monthly bill in Chapter 13.04 of this code. In the event of a failure by a user to pay the surcharge within the time provided by ordinances of the city, water service to the user shall be subject to shutoff as provided in Chapter 13.04.
