Notice of Revised Court Rules - Pursuant to GR 7, the Black Diamond Municipoal Court is posting local Court Rule 1.6 and 4.3 for review and comment. All comments, once recieved, will be posted below.

Notice: Modified Operations -  In the interest of public health during the COVID-19 outbreak, Black Diamond Municipal Court has modified operations effective March 17th until further notice.  THE COURT BUILDING IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. Staff in the court clerk’s office will be available by telephone, and both mail and email will be received.

Hearings will be held virtually except for special set in-person hearings.  Notice of Virtual Hearing and virtual hearing instructions will be emailed or mailed via U.S. Mail to all parties who have cases scheduled.  If your mailing address needs to be updated with the court, or if you have any questions or concerns,
